Our accessibility widget does not guarantee full ADA compliance. While it improves accessibility, it is ultimately the website owner’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We are not liable for any legal actions, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our platform. Our service is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limited Protection Plan

We offer a limited protection plan that covers up to $10,000 worth of development work for accessibility-related adjustments if the user faces a legal claim concerning website accessibility.

• This coverage is strictly limited to minor development fixes and does not include legal fees, settlements, damages, or financial compensation.
• We do not provide legal representation or indemnification for any accessibility-related claims.
• Users acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for ensuring their website complies with ADA, WCAG, or other relevant standards.
• By using our service, you waive any claims against us beyond the stated coverage.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from:
